Yusuf Yigitoglu is awakened in 2003, by restoring a mansion and three old houses carved into caves and registered as a historical value that was built in 19th century at Yunak Street of Urgup, one of the old Greek towns. The name was derived from the grandfather Yusuf Efendi and Yusuf Yigitoglu carrying the same surname of the Yigitoglu family and his grandfather. The Ottoman architectural values were carefully taken into consideration while working on the decoration of the mansion, located in Cappadocia, hosted many different religions and civilizations for centuries.
